Uszka |

Uszka are small dumplings,
similar to pierogi, that are
typically filled with minced
meat or mushrooms. Their
petite size allows their
presence in other dishes, such
as red borsch soup; however,
these little dumplings are
perfectly suitable to be
considered a main course.
Uszka are also traditionally
served on Christmas Eve in
countries such as Poland,
Lithuania and Ukraine. Our
