Blintzes, Nalesniki

Our delicious blintzes are one of our most popular items. Each blintz is carefully crafted with a careful selection of unique cheeses and traditional dough, making each bite a fabulous treat! Blintzes are said to have originated in Pre-Christian times by the Slavic’s, who prepared them at the end of the winter to honor the rebirth of the new sun. Their round shape has continued to give them ritual significance not only in ancient times, but also in present day Orthodox churches. In Poland, these delicious European crepes are referred to as nalesniki.
