Finger Dumplings, Kopytka |
 |
 |
These dumplings, traditionally
named kopytka, are the Polish
version of gnocchi. Their
name comes from their shape,
and can be translated to mean
“little hoof.” Their savory
potato flavor has been a
favorite amongst
Eastern-Europeans for years.
Our homestyle recipe is
traditionally simplistic, and
absolutely fantastic. Try
these potato dumplings with
fried bacon, breadcrumbs or
any gravy for a delicious meal. |
