Orders are
packaged in an insulated shipping container with reusable gel packs, dry ice or
a combination of both to ensure top quality and freshness. We cannot guarantee
the food to be frozen upon arrival but do guarantee all the food to arrive
safely. If your product does arrive thawed it can be refrozen (as per USDA Click here to read USDA statement), or consumed within 3 days
(follow directions on packaging). Please unpack your order immediately after
arriving and store in a freezer or refrigerator. Our regular shipping days (excluding
holiday exceptions) are Monday, Tuesday &
Wednesday, to arrive Tuesday - Saturday (Sat. Delivery required). If your order will
be delayed due to shipping you will be notified. Once shipped, your package
will arrive in 1 to 3 business days to all locations in the U.S.A. Please
look over the different shipping zones listed bellow so that you will know which
shipping option is right for you during checkout. If you select an
inappropriate shipping option your order will be placed on hold
pending approval of new shipping arrangements.

 You may chose "UPS Ground" only if the ship
to address is located in a state colored in with one of these colors. 
For states colored in with you must chose "UPS 3 Day select", "UPS 2nd Day Air" or "UPS Next Day Air".

Q. What makes up the shipping
costs? A. Our shipping costs come directly from UPS and
JustPierogi.com does not charge/up-charge the shipping costs at all. The rates
can be verified by going to www.UPS.com our zip code is 60156 and each shipment
starts with a tare weight of 5lb (dry ice) and a package weighs 2lb (1lb
for additional dry ice).
Q. Why is UPS only shipping
option available? A. We have discontinued shipping with the
Post Office due to the packages being damaged during transport. Many customers
were complaining that the coolers have been cracked, damaged and the food
inside was scattered all over. We have worked alongside with UPS to bring our
customers better rates than the Post Office can offer. UPS has state of the art detailed tracking information using their Quantum View technology, which enables our customers to receive more up to date information on their time sensitive order.
Q.
How can I find out what my shipping cost will be? A.
During the Checkout Process on our site you will be presented with
different shipping options to chose from, this will display the prices for you
that are the actual shipping costs calculated based on where the package is
going and the amount of products you have in the cart.
Q.
How long does it take for me to receive my
order? A. Depending on the zone you live in your order
may take up to 3 days to arrive. We only ship Monday - Wednesday any orders
received after these days will be shipped on Monday.
Q.
I need my order ASAP can you ship out on Thursday or
Friday? A. Yes, we can in this case we would have to check
to make sure the package will not be in a shipping facility over the weekend.

NO RETURNS will be accepted, if you do not like the taste of our
products, however, if your package has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Just Pierogi Inc. DBA JustPierogi.com can not be responsible or issue refunds for
spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by inclement weather, floods, hurricanes,
snow storms, or other acts of nature. Any returned packages that are marked undeliverable, not picked up by
customer from our shipper and are returned to us will
be discarded and no refund will be issued.
Finally, we ask all customers to please be on the lookout for
products being left by the carrier on your property. All product must be stored immediately in a freezer or refrigerator upon arrival. If you are purchasing this as a gift for anyone please let them know to be on a lookout for perishable delivery.
