Where do I find the expiration date on the package?

A.

On the front of the package, you will find the date of production in black print. You will see a letter and 5 numbers. For example; A would stand for January, B for February, etc. The next 3 #’s are the day of the year and the last 2 #’s are the year, so 20 would mean 2020. We recommend to use the product within a year from the date of production IF the product is stored and kept frozen at all times. It is very important that the product does not become thawed at any time so it is important to make sure the product stays frozen and no unfrozen products touch it (for ex. unfrozen meat, etc.) as this would change the temperature of the pierogi.

How do I create an account?

Once you checkout and your order is placed, an account is automatically created. Unfortunately, we are unable to create account before an order is placed due to security reasons.

How much will my shipping cost?

To quickly calculate shipping:

  1. Add your items to the cart
  2. Click arrow next to Shopping Cart
  3. Click View Cart
  4. Under Cart Totals click Calculate shipping
  5. Enter your State and ZIP Code

Shipping  cost includes the price of shipping cooler and dry ice

Why do you only ship orders Monday-Wednesday?

When orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday you can expect them to arrive Tuesday - Friday before any weekend parties or events.

Are of your products gluten free?

No products we sell are gluten free. Alexandra Food Co attempted to make their products gluten free, but lost the quality and the taste that make their products so great.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, all orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. To cancel an order, please contact us by email at sales@justpierogi.com or by phone at (888) 351-7710. Once an order has been shipped, NO RETURNS will be accepted and JustPierogi.com in association with Sacred Space Distributing LLC. can not issue refunds.

If you call after-hours, please leave a voicemail with your name and phone number. One of our friendly Pierogi Wizards will contact you within one business day from the time your voicemail was received.
