Cheese Pyzy Topped with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

1 Package of Cheese Pyzy
2 TBS cooking oil
4oz smoked salmon slices
1TBS of dill
1/2 of a lemon

Directions

  1. Cook Cheese Pyzy as directed on package
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet
  3. Add Pyzy to frying pan and sear for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Gently shake pan every 30 seconds to prevent sticking
  4. Turn over and repeat step 2 for the opposite side. 
  5. Arrange pyzy on plate
  6. Place even portions of salmon and dill on top of pyzy
  7. Squeeze lemon over pyzy
  8. Finish with freshly ground pepper to your liking 
  9. Enjoy!

 

Potato and Cheddar Pierogi Topped with Jalapeno

Ingredients

1 pkg  Potato and Cheddar Pierogi
1 Jalapeno sliced into rings (You can de-vein and de-seed the jalapeno for a less spicy flavor)
5 Slices of cooked chopped bacon (optional)
3 TBS butter or cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook pierogi as directed on package
  2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet
  3. Add jalapeno rings cook for 5 min
  4. Drain pierogi and toss in skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown
  5. Enjoy!
