Ingredients
1 Package of Cheese Pyzy
2 TBS cooking oil
4oz smoked salmon slices
1TBS of dill
1/2 of a lemon
Directions
- Cook Cheese Pyzy as directed on package
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet
- Add Pyzy to frying pan and sear for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Gently shake pan every 30 seconds to prevent sticking
- Turn over and repeat step 2 for the opposite side.
- Arrange pyzy on plate
- Place even portions of salmon and dill on top of pyzy
- Squeeze lemon over pyzy
- Finish with freshly ground pepper to your liking
- Enjoy!
