Shipping Charges
Please understand that you are ordering perishable frozen items. Special care must be taken in order to deliver delicious pierogi to you. For this reason, your order is shipped in a special cooler with dry ice.
We do our absolute best to keep the shipping costs down so that we can share these delicious pierogi and other delicacies with you. In addition to the standard FedEx or UPS fee, your total shipping cost is composed of a special cooler and dry ice. These special shipping coolers run $8-20 depending on the size needed to accommodate your order. Approximately $6-14 worth of dry ice will also be needed per shipment, depending on the amount of time your order will be in transit

Free Ground Shipping
When you are putting together your shopping list for pierogi, uszka, blintzes (nalesniki), pyzy, finger dumplings (kopytka), and Silesian dumplings (kluski slaskie) keep in mind that when you order $145 or more you qualify for ground shipping on us!That’s right: Free Ground Shipping on orders of $145 or more!
Just remember that free ground shipping is only available to 1,2, and 3-day transit destinations.
Free Shipping option will be available during checkout once your cart total reaches over $145.
Shipments and Returns
For your convenience, we use FedEx for all of our product shipments. This is the fastest, and most convenient way to get your next meal into your hands.
Please take a look at the FedEx transit map below and make sure you choose the appropriate shipping method to have your package reach your zone within the appropriate time specifications. Depending on the travel distance, options may include Ground, Second Day Air, and Overnight. Generally, the order cannot be in transit for more than 2 days. We are, however, able to make an exception for 3-day ground transit with a dry ice surcharge fee of $10.
Our orders ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays so that they arrive Tuesday – Friday. This excludes holidays. You will be notified if your order will be delayed in any way.
Once shipped, your package will arrive in 1 to 3 business days to all locations in the continental US., as well as Hawaii and Alaska.
Please use the zone map bellow so that you can select the appropriate shipping method during checkout. If you select an inappropriate zone, your order will be placed on hold pending approval of new shipping arrangements.
If your package arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. JustPierogi.com cannot be responsible or issue refunds for spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by inclement weather, floods, hurricanes, snowstorms, acts of nature or any delays caused by the carrier not otherwise listed. Returns or refunds are not accepted if you do not like the taste of our products,
Finally, we ask all customers to please be on the lookout for products being left by the carrier on your property. All product must be stored immediately in a freezer upon arrival. If you are purchasing this as a gift for anyone, please let them know to be on a lookout for perishable delivery.
Your Packed Shipment
All of our products are shipped frozen to arrive frozen in special shipping coolers. The coolers are packed with enough dry ice necessary to reach the destination. All products are shipped frozen to arrive frozen. Please be sure to immediately remove your order once received and move it to your freezer. The cooler should be placed in a well-ventilated area to allow all the dry ice to sublimate. DO NOT touch the dry ice as that it can cause severe frost bite if contacted with skin. Once all the dry ice has sublimated you can recycle the cooler or reuse it. All of our coolers and packing material are recyclable.
