How to Reheat Barszcz



Step 1: Defrost the barszcz by placing it in fridge the night before it will be served.

Step 2: Once the barszcz is defrosted, heat it in a small sauce pan for 7 minutes on Medium heat.

Step 3: Serve immediately with warm uszka.

Tip: Heat barszcz slowly. If barszcz boils, the color and taste will change.

It’s at the perfect serving temperature when you can see wisps of steam coming from the barszcz.
