If you LOVE Jalapeno Poppers like us Pierogi Wizards, this recipe is for you! It's simple and delicious!
Ingredients
1 pkg Potato and Cheddar Pierogi
1 Jalapeno sliced into rings (You can de-vein and de-seed the jalapeno for a less spicy flavor)
5 Slices of cooked chopped bacon (optional)
3 TBS butter or cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pierogi as directed on package
- Melt butter in large nonstick skillet
- Add jalapeno rings cook for 5 min
- Drain pierogi and toss in skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown
- Enjoy!
